      At 10 o'clock on April 13,   a mid-level enlarged  meeting  was held, mainly on the company-wide implementation of 6S management. Presided over by the vice general manager Wei, general manager  Wang,  vice general manager Cen and Zheng, directors from departments and workshops attended the meeting. 

       Yongqiang, chairman and general manager made a mobilization speech at the meeting. He said: the international financial  crisis  has brought a  certain pressure on business since last  year. We must obtain efficiency by  internal control and good management. Therefore, full mobilization in whole company made 6S  management be  applied on an overall basis, to create a  management  system, refining  the  system  for enforcement. All departments and sections, workshops and workgroups, strictly followed the requirements of 6S management. Workshops should not be a mess while staff need to regulate their own behavior.

      Production safety should  be  strengthened  and  the  supervision  and  implementation  system need  to  be improved.    An assessment responsibility system  have  to be established and continuously improved for security check regularly to workshop, warehouse, drivers, to reduce the incidence of accidents.

      After the meeting, the senior and middle level  person  in  charge  watched  television  lectures about  the  6S  management  training  so as to publicize extensively and implement among the staff.
